Don't know if i'm gonna be able to sleep. Kind of excited at the fact that I'm heading to India with Junhao for the Commonwealth Boxing Championships. Am great full to SABA for appointing me the National Coach for this prestigious event. I hope I do my best in motivating the guys for their fights. We have a good team going into this competition. Likes of Ridhwan and Solihin, two guys that I'm very familiar with. And of course my boy Junhao. He has come a long way and he fully deserves this opportunity that he has been given. Last year was a good learning phase for Junhao as he showed the boxing fraternity in Singapore what he was made off.He went undefeated against local competition and proved that he was the best 64kg fighter in the country. This year he started of well at the Sijori Boxing Championships where he lost the final by only a point and after he had been leading for the first 2 rounds. All i want from him and the rest of the guys is to do their best as we will be going up against stiff competition at the Commonwealth Boxing Championships.Well I will try and keep all you people updated in India. Time to head to bed.
